The Build

Alt is seeking a high-velocity Product Builder to own the end-to-end growth funnel for their alternative asset marketplace. Instead of managing roadmaps or writing specs, you will spend your time shipping production code that optimizes user acquisition and marketplace liquidity. You will report directly to the CEO, focusing on moving core metrics like submission volume and search-to-bid conversion through rapid, high-frequency experimentation.

Vibe-First Engineering

This position is designed for developers who leverage AI to move faster. You won't just use LLMs for autocomplete; you will build MCP servers over your data warehouse, deploy AI agents for experiment readouts, and use tools like Claude Code to bridge the gap between prototype and production. The stack includes Python, SQL, and modern experimentation tools like Statsig and PostHog, all integrated into a workflow where the 'vibe' is about shipping, not just planning.
