RADICL is seeking a Product Designer to help secure small-to-medium businesses within the defense sector. You will lead the charge in converting intricate, data-heavy security alerts into streamlined, intuitive user experiences. As an early hire, you’ll work directly with the founders in a hybrid Boulder-based environment to shape the visual and functional foundation of a mission-critical platform.

High-Velocity Prototyping

This is a premier role for those who have mastered the 'vibe coding' workflow. You won't be stuck in traditional, slow-moving design cycles; instead, you will:

• Use AI assistants like Claude and Figma Make to turn rough concepts into interactive prototypes instantly.
• Architect UX specifically for AI-driven agentic workflows and automated compliance tasks.
• Drive the evolution of a design system that supports rapid, AI-assisted iteration.

Requirements & Environment

We are looking for creators with 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity who are comfortable defending their design logic. You should be proficient in Figma and excited by the prospect of using LLMs to bridge the gap between design and functional code. RADICL offers a hybrid schedule in downtown Boulder, providing the perfect balance of deep focus and collaborative energy.
