Program Manager, Inventory Strategy and Ops

The Mission

As the lead architect for Compass’s inventory engine, you will bridge the gap between real estate strategy and automated execution. Your primary objective is to ensure the integrity of listing data while simultaneously dismantling manual legacy processes. You aren't just managing a team; you are building an AI-powered infrastructure that guarantees every listing across their national network is accurate, timely, and compliant.

The Vibe Tech Stack

This is a role for an AI-first builder. You will use vibe coding techniques to rapidly prototype automations before hardening them into production-ready systems. Key components include:

• AI Orchestration: Build and deploy agentic workflows using LLM APIs and platforms like n8n or Python.
• Data Intelligence: Utilize SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker to validate AI outputs and maintain high data fidelity.
• System Design: Transition manual-heavy QA into automated, self-monitoring loops that catch edge cases before they reach the market.
