As a Project Manager at Lago, you are more than a task tracker; you are a systems architect. Your primary mission is to own the Asana ecosystem, designing intelligent workflows that keep cross-functional teams in sync. You will bridge the gap between marketing, e-commerce, and leadership by building transparent reporting structures and ensuring project hygiene remains flawless.

The Vibe Coding Component

This role is uniquely suited for the modern "vibe coder." You will be expected to use AI tools to generate scripts, build lightweight automation tools, and optimize task routing via natural language prompts. Instead of manual data entry, you'll focus on leveraging LLMs to create SOPs and automate complex project dependencies, making you the most efficient operator in the room.

Core Responsibilities

• Asana Mastery: Design and maintain advanced project structures, custom rules, and reusable templates.
• Operational Intelligence: Monitor task health, resolve bottlenecks, and provide high-level visibility to leadership via automated dashboards.
• Process Documentation: Use AI to help draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that evolve with the company.
• Accountability: Act as the glue between departments, ensuring every team member knows their deliverables and hits their deadlines.
