The Role

Lead the charge in high-tech semiconductor tool integration at SSOE’s Albany hub. You’ll oversee the complete lifecycle of tool hook-ups, from initial design specs to final handover, ensuring that complex 'fab' environments operate at peak efficiency. This role bridges the gap between multidisciplinary engineering teams and client needs, requiring a leader who can navigate both technical bottlenecks and high-level strategy.

AI-Driven Workflow

At SSOE, 'vibe coding' isn't just a buzzword—it’s an operational standard. You will utilize industry-leading LLMs and dedicated vibe-coding platforms to automate administrative hurdles, optimize scheduling via Primavera P6/MS Project, and streamline technical communication. The company provides specific training to ensure you can leverage AI to spark creativity and manage the intricate utility matrices common in semiconductor manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Orchestration: Manage budgets and critical path milestones for high-tech tool installs using advanced scheduling software.
• Technical Integration: Use AI-assisted tools to resolve utility routing conflicts and space management issues within sensitive cleanroom environments.
• Leadership & Innovation: Mentor peers in adopting modern, AI-enhanced project delivery methodologies and multi-discipline strategy sessions.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict EHS standards and cleanroom protocols to protect facility integrity and personnel safety.
