This isn't a traditional HR role; you will be a core architect of the company’s growth, working alongside world-class researchers to find the engineers building reinforcement learning and post-training systems.

Automate and Iterate

We are looking for a 'recruiting engineer' who leverages tools like Ashby, Juicebox, and Clay to build automated, high-signal hiring pipelines. You’ll have the opportunity to apply vibe-coding principles to the talent stack, using AI-assisted workflows to eliminate manual toil and find unconventional candidates that traditional resumes might miss.

Growth and Impact

As the first talent hire, you’ll own everything from technical sourcing to performance operations. You’ll be embedded in an in-person culture where technical depth and product intuition are paramount, giving you a front-row seat to the most sophisticated developments in the AI/ML space.
