Role Overview

As a Recruiting Automation Engineer, you will bridge the gap between traditional talent acquisition and modern systems engineering. You are tasked with building the automated 'nervous system' for global hiring, which includes everything from autonomous candidate sourcing bots to real-time market intelligence alerts. This is a role for a systems thinker who prefers designing logic through natural language and AI tools over manual, line-by-line coding.

The Tech Stack & Vibe

You will utilize a modern stack built for speed and AI-assisted iteration. The workflow centers on tools like Cursor, Claude, and v0 to develop custom integrations and workflows. You’ll also orchestrate complex data flows using Clay, Zapier, and Airtable, ensuring that the recruiting pipeline is both automated and data-rich. A solid understanding of APIs and webhooks is essential to keep these disparate systems synchronized.
