The Mission
Join a specialized engineering cell within Natuvion focused on revolutionizing enterprise data migration through artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for turning millions of lines of legacy transformation logic into a searchable, structured knowledge base that powers intelligent AI agents. This isn't about toy projects; you’ll be building the infrastructure—including embedding pipelines and graph databases—that assists global giants like BMW and Lufthansa in moving their most critical data.
The engineering culture here is built on 'agentic coding.' You will spend your days leveraging LLMs and AI-assisted tools to ship production-quality code, while simultaneously defining the best practices for how the rest of the company adopts these technologies. Role Focus
- AI Infrastructure: Build and evolve graph databases (Neo4j) and embedding pipelines to organize enterprise knowledge.
- Agentic Systems: Design autonomous AI capabilities for retrieval, recommendation, and automated content generation.
- Standard Setting: Establish the 'vibe coding' benchmarks for the wider organization, proving that AI-assisted code can meet the highest technical standards.
