Senior Builder - Product Manager, Ring

Lead the AI-Native Revolution at Ring

Ring is searching for a hybrid visionary to serve as a Senior Builder, a role that blends technical product management with hands-on AI-assisted engineering. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of neighborhood safety features, from the initial spark of an idea to shipping code across cloud, mobile, and firmware environments. This isn't just about managing a backlog; it's about using modern AI tools to build and iterate faster than traditional development cycles allow.

Your Vibe Coding Toolkit

In this role, your primary leverage comes from an AI-first approach to development. You will:

• Rapidly Prototype: Use tools like Cursor and LLMs to turn natural language prompts into functional prototypes and production-ready features.
• Automate Everything: Implement agentic workflows, RAG, and automated data analysis to streamline research and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Set the Standard: Establish the frameworks for how Ring validates and scales AI-generated output, ensuring AI-native code meets Amazon's quality bar.

Impact and Ownership

As a Senior Builder, you have end-to-end ownership of the customer experience. You will lead cross-functional squads to deliver next-generation connectivity and notification experiences that make neighborhoods safer. This is an elite opportunity to transition from a traditional developer or PM into a high-leverage 'Builder' who defines the AI transformation strategy for one of the world's most recognizable IoT brands.
