Senior Content Engineer

The Role

Lingo.dev is seeking a hybrid technical storyteller to bridge the gap between engineering breakthroughs and audience growth. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of content, from interviewing engineers and researching original data to scripting automated distribution systems that push work across Reddit, Hacker News, and LinkedIn. This is a high-autonomy position where you define the narrative and the delivery mechanism.

Vibe Coding & Automation

This role is built for the modern AI-assisted developer. You won't just be writing; you'll be building. Using tools like Claude Code and custom scripting, you will automate the repetitive aspects of SEO, content scheduling, and performance tracking. Proficiency in vibe coding—using natural language to generate functional scripts and automation pipelines—is a fundamental requirement for maintaining the necessary production volume.

Growth and Impact

Working directly with the founding team, you will have a front-row seat to the scaling of a YC-backed localization platform. You'll have access to original engineering research and a dedicated budget for the latest AI production tools. Your success is measured by real-world metrics: signups, backlinks, and AI citations, giving you full ownership over the impact of your technical workflows.
