You’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring the broader design team on how to responsibly and effectively integrate AI into their daily workflows. By managing the evolution of the Block Design System and collaborating across product and engineering squads, you will help shape the blueprint for how modern, AI-augmented design teams operate at scale.
