Senior Designer (Web)

The Role: Full-Stack Design Velocity

As the primary steward of the marketing site, you will move beyond static prototypes to become a shipping powerhouse. You’ll be responsible for the entire web layer—from homepage strategy and pricing layouts to hyper-specific campaign landing pages. This is a data-centric role where your success is measured by conversion metrics in PostHog rather than just aesthetic polish.

Vibe Coding Workflow

We’ve deleted the 'wall' between design and engineering. You will use a modern stack of Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, powered by AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code. We expect you to vibe-code your designs into production-ready PRs, allowing for a daily shipping cadence that would be impossible in a traditional corporate structure.
