As a Senior Director of Product Management, you aren't just managing backlogs; you are an architect of speed. You will take ownership of core platform layers—from data architecture to agentic skills—and prove that the gap between a conceptual requirement and a functional prototype should be measured in hours, not months.

The Stack & Method

This is a high-autonomy role designed for those who build with their hands using a modern AI-first workflow. You will be operating in an environment where Claude and OpenAI are integrated into every step of the lifecycle, from initial spec-writing to shipping production-ready features. The team operates on a spec-driven development model, utilizing Notion and Figma to maintain a high bar for quality while moving at the velocity allowed by vibe coding.

Growth & Leadership

You will lead a technical, fast-moving team while reporting to the VP of Product. Beyond the technical challenges of martech and enterprise architecture, you will be a cultural torchbearer for AI-assisted development.
