Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Integration

SSOE is pioneering the use of vibe-coding in the industrial sector. You will utilize industry-leading LLMs and specialized AI platforms to streamline:

• Automated Design: Speeding up Revit and AutoCAD workflows through natural language prompts and AI assistants.
• System Analysis: Using AI to assist with complex load calculations, demand analyses, and arc flash mitigation.
• BIM Coordination: Leveraging modern tools to harmonize multi-disciplinary designs and reduce manual rework.

Growth & Leadership

You'll act as a bridge between traditional engineering excellence and the future of AI-assisted delivery. Beyond technical design, you'll mentor the next generation of engineers in adopting AI-first mentalities while maintaining rigorous NEC compliance and safety standards in a high-stakes industrial environment.
