You will serve as a pillar of the Austin office, fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship. Your responsibilities span from high-level project management and client strategy to the direct implementation of new technologies. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex facility infrastructure, ensuring every project meets the rigorous standards of the tech industry while pushing the boundaries of what automated tools can achieve.

Growth and Technical Requirements

• Background: You should have a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and over 10 years of experience, specifically within semiconductor or high-tech cleanroom design.
• Modern Workflow: A passion for 'vibe coding' and leveraging LLMs to simplify and accelerate technical engineering tasks like P&ID development and fluid mechanics calculations.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, build client partnerships, and mentor the next generation of engineers in an AI-forward environment.
• Sustainability: Experience with ultra-pure water reclaim and green building frameworks is highly valued as you lead the office toward more efficient manufacturing solutions.
