Senior Product Manager - AI Agents

The Mission

As a Senior PM at Zeta, you will be the architect of an AI-first marketing ecosystem. Your focus is transforming raw LLM capabilities into intuitive, agentic workflows. You won't just oversee a roadmap; you will design the logic behind agent chaining and model orchestration, ensuring that sophisticated AI remains accessible to non-technical users through a custom-built Model Workbench.

Technical Landscape & Vibe Coding

This role is built for leaders who thrive on rapid iteration and technical experimentation. You will:

• Architect Agent Systems: Manage the lifecycle of LLM agents, from initial chaining to complex workflow orchestration.
• Modern Tooling: Use LangSmith for debugging and troubleshoot within the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework.
• Prototyping First: Champion 'vibe coding' practices to quickly turn experimental POCs into scalable, production-ready features.
• Agent Evaluation: Build robust testing suites to measure and iterate on the performance of autonomous agents.
