Glance is seeking a Senior PM for their U.S. Growth team who operates more like a startup founder than a traditional manager. In this role, you won't just move tickets; you'll build the future of AI-led discovery by identifying growth levers and creating functional prototypes to test them. You will be responsible for expanding the platform's footprint across the global Android ecosystem, working at the intersection of product design, data science, and business development.

Modern Tech & Vibe Coding

This position is designed for the modern 'vibe coder' who uses AI tools to achieve 10x output. You will be expected to leverage AI-assisted development to independently spin up proof-of-concepts and high-fidelity mockups. This allows you to validate high-impact ideas at the system layer and present them to global hardware partners without waiting for a full engineering sprint. Your ability to use LLMs and rapid prototyping tools to bridge the gap between vision and execution is the key differentiator for this role.

What You Will Impact

• Exponential Growth: Directly own the strategy for increasing daily active users and revenue across millions of devices.
• Strategic Prototyping: Use AI to build functional POCs that demonstrate the power of Glance's AI commerce platform to OEMs and Telcos.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Conduct deep funnel analysis and retention modeling to find hidden opportunities in the user journey.
• Executive Leadership: Pitch high-stakes product visions to external stakeholders and internal leadership, moving from concept to 'yes' with speed and technical authority.
