The Role

Clera is seeking a talent architect to lead hiring efforts for their SF-based AI team. You’ll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final offers, while working directly with the founders to scale a high-performance culture. This isn't a traditional 'check the boxes' role; you'll be hunting for engineers with deep product intuition and non-traditional backgrounds who thrive in fast-moving environments.

AI-Driven Workflow

This position is a dream for a 'vibe coding' recruiter. You will:

• Automate Operations: Build complex sourcing and outreach workflows using AI tools like Clay and Juicebox.
• Prompt-Based Building: Apply natural language prompting to create custom recruiting automations.
• Modern Assessment: Evaluate technical candidates based on their portfolios and AI-assisted project work rather than just their resumes.

Growth and Impact

As an early hire, you will bridge the gap between Recruiting and People Ops. You'll have the autonomy to design onboarding processes, performance review systems, and leveling rubrics.
