As a Senior Engineer at FutureFeed, you will be architecting high-security solutions that safeguard sensitive information for the defense sector. This role involves building end-to-end features using a modern stack of Ruby on Rails and Next.js, all while navigating the complexities of AWS GovCloud. You will be part of a small, senior team where your contributions directly shape the architecture and shipping culture of the company.

The AI-Native Workflow

This is not a traditional coding role. FutureFeed expects you to be a power user of AI coding assistants to accelerate development and solve problems faster. From the very first step of the application—an AI-assisted trial task—you are encouraged to use LLMs as a force multiplier. However, you must maintain absolute mastery over the code; the team values engineers who use AI to generate solutions but possess the deep technical expertise to audit query plans, debug container networking, and optimize system performance.

Requirements and Benefits
