Spark Team Engineer

The Mission: Rapid Prototyping

As the technical lead of the two-person Spark Team, you will serve as the primary builder for Arkana’s innovation engine. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will turn raw ideas into functional proofs-of-concept within tight 2-to-4-week windows. You will be responsible for evaluating the technical feasibility of new projects, focusing heavily on data modeling and pipeline architecture to determine if a concept should be fully developed or retired.

AI-Native Tech Stack

This position is specifically designed for engineers who have mastered AI-assisted development. You will utilize tools like Claude Code and OpenCode to maintain an accelerated pace across Node.js and PostgreSQL environments. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex data integration and full-stack application development, all while navigating the nuances of cloud infrastructure on platforms like Azure or AWS.
