The Mission: Engineering AI at Scale

As a Senior AI Engineer at Syniverse, you will transform high-level architectural blueprints into robust, production-grade AI systems. This isn't about building simple proofs of concept; it's about shipping agentic automations, internal tools, and sophisticated evaluation frameworks that power a global connectivity leader. You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle, from designing API integrations to debugging model performance in real-world environments.

The Tech Stack & Vibe Workflow

Syniverse embraces the next generation of software development by encouraging the use of agentic tools like Claude Code and Cursor. You will work within a hybrid cloud environment (AWS and Azure) to deploy frontier models alongside self-hosted alternatives like Qwen and Gemma.

Key areas of focus include:

• Agentic Systems: Building autonomous workflows and MCP servers that bridge internal data with LLMs.
• RAG & Vector Data: Implementing advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using modern vector databases.
• Modern Infrastructure: Automating deployments with Terraform and Ansible while managing models on Kubernetes (EKS).
