The Vision

geniant is seeking a hybrid creator who lives at the intersection of aesthetic design and logical engineering. As a Senior Design Technologist, you won't just be building UI; you will be leveraging artificial intelligence to rapidly manifest interactive prototypes that validate complex product ideas. Your primary mission is to translate high-level design concepts into functional, code-based realities, ensuring that the final product remains both accessible, performant, and technically sound.

The Vibe Stack

In this role, your workflow is powered by a modern ecosystem including React, Vue, or Svelte, combined with advanced styling and animation libraries like GSAP and Framer Motion. You will co-own the architecture of robust design systems and create AI-driven 'starter kits' and Figma plugins to automate repetitive tasks. This is a high-impact position where you'll influence front-end strategy by researching emerging interaction patterns and optimizing the developer experience through smarter, AI-enhanced tooling.

Impact and Growth

Beyond the code, you are a mentor and a strategic translator. You’ll guide design teams through technical constraints and advise engineers on the nuances of interaction design. If you enjoy building complex data visualizations or experimenting with WebGL while using AI to handle the heavy lifting of boilerplate, you’ll find a natural home in this Dallas-based innovation hub.
