The Mission

You will serve as a foundational engineer, designing the systems that connect complex internal data to the next generation of AI tools.
Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Integration
This role is perfect for engineers who treat AI as a distributed systems challenge. You will work with Python, Go, and Kubernetes to manage high-scale workloads, but the real focus is on LLM Orchestration. By implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LangChain, you will create the environment where 'vibe coding'—using natural language to drive development—becomes the standard. You'll be responsible for building secure data pipelines and 'Clean Rooms' to ensure that as the company adopts AI-assisted coding, employee and member data remains protected.
Opportunities for Leadership
As a staff-level contributor, you will act as a force multiplier across the engineering org. Your goal is to move beyond 'science projects' and deliver high-performance tools that solve real business friction, such as automating supply chain queries or PR approvals.
