In this role, you will lead the AI Forward Deployed Engineering team to build a platform that allows non-technical staff to create their own internal tools. Instead of traditional ticket cycles, you will help internal teams use AI to go from a workflow idea to a live, secure application in a single day.

Leading the Vibe Coding Revolution

As the Staff Engineer, you are the guardian of the platform's infrastructure and security. Your work involves:

• Orchestrating Agents: Managing the tooling and harnesses that allow AI agents to handle the bulk of the coding work.
• Setting the Guardrails: Designing deployment pipelines, security scanning, and observability frameworks that keep AI-generated code HIPAA-compliant.
• Technical Mentorship: Teaching non-technical users how to become builders by refining their prompting skills and skeptically reviewing AI output.

High-Stakes Prototyping

This role is perfect for a generalist who thrives on action and empathy. You will work with a modern stack including Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS Lambda, but your primary focus will be on the agentic ecosystem. By turning repetitive requests into reusable templates, you will ensure the organization scales efficiently while maintaining the high safety standards required in a clinical environment.
