In this role, you will serve as the primary architect of Veho’s warehouse efficiency, sitting at the vital junction where physical labor meets digital infrastructure. You aren't just designing layouts; you are crafting the standardized workflows and labor benchmarks that define how goods move through the network. By translating operator feedback into technical requirements, you ensure that the company's technology stack works seamlessly for the people using it on the warehouse floor.

Low-Code, High-Impact Building

Veho is looking for a new breed of industrial engineer who doesn't wait for a software ticket to be cleared. You will leverage AI-assisted development and 'vibe coding' to rapidly prototype and deploy your own dashboards, monitoring tools, and workflow enhancements. This position requires a builder’s mindset, using modern AI tools to solve operational friction and ship functional code independently to improve real-world throughput.

Strategic Growth and Ownership

As a Staff-level individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of process optimization, from initial capacity modeling and AutoCAD design to network-wide implementation. You will have a direct hand in shaping the company's cost curves and operational scalability. This is a high-accountability environment where your ability to merge classical industrial engineering with cutting-edge AI prototyping will drive measurable success across the entire logistics network.
