Pinterest has reimagined the Technical Program Manager role as a technical builder. You will be expected to adopt an AI-first operating model, using generative AI tools to draft strategic artifacts, synthesize complex risks, and extract action items. Most importantly, you will use AI coding assistants to prototype your own workflow helpers and dashboards, moving beyond manual process administration into active technical creation.
