AutoHDR.com is one of Austin's fastest growing startups. We launched 1 year ago and now edit 20% of US listings. We are in hyperscale mode and need our internal systems, operations, and automations dialed in.

Role Description

The is a full-time role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be given internal systems such as:

• Company Knowledge base RAG for team members
• Affiliate program campaigns with automated submission tracking and payments
• Social media lead -> book a sales call flow
• Optimizing customer support ticket handling and CSAT tracking
• Automated call analysis
• Internal dashboard creation
• Logic-based Hubspot ticket creation

You will be tasked with maintaining and optimizing these internal systems to help our team be more productive.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of next.js and python. Cannot be stricly a vibe-coder.
• Experience: Experience building internal systems and automations.
• AI Expertise: Understanding and experience building AI agents.
• Operational Focus: Experience building operational systems and tools for internal company workflows.

Compensation & Culture

• Salary: $140K per year + bonuses based on performence.
• Location: This is ideally in-person at our downtown Austin office - but we're open to exceptions.
