The Mission

Aiven is searching for a forward-thinking recruitment specialist to spearhead global hiring for their Go-To-Market divisions. Based in Austin, you will function as a strategic commercial partner, identifying and securing the elite talent necessary to fuel a company that has already achieved Centaur status with over $100m in ARR. You will oversee the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial market research to the final closing of offers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every applicant.

Vibe Coding at Aiven

This isn't your typical administrative recruiting role; Aiven encourages a 'builder' mindset. You will have full access to Claude to utilize vibe-coding techniques, allowing you to automate repetitive tasks and experiment with AI-driven talent sourcing. Furthermore, you’ll join company hackathons to help prototype and refine internal recruitment software, directly influencing the tech stack you use every day.
