Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Vision

As the VP of FP&A, you will act as the primary strategic architect for the Pillar CFO, transforming raw data into high-level executive foresight. This isn't a traditional 'number crunching' role; you are expected to lead a large, multi-agency organization by instilling financial rigor and accountability while driving the narrative for growth and investment across a global communications giant.

Vibe Coding the Financial Stack

The mandate here is to move past legacy manual processes. You will oversee a sophisticated tech stack—including platforms like Pigment, SAP, and Salesforce—but the real edge comes from your ability to deploy AI-assisted analysis. This role specifically calls for expertise in:

• Prompt & Agent Building: Creating AI tools to handle repeatable analysis and insight generation.
• Workflow Automation: Using low-code and vibe-coding methods to streamline data validation and reporting.
• Modern Visualizations: Turning complex scenarios into interactive, AI-enhanced data stories.

Leadership & Growth

You will manage a diverse team of finance leaders, coaching them to transition from report production to strategic partnership. By championing automation and AI-first workflows, you will free up the organization's mental capacity for high-impact advisory work, positioning yourself at the forefront of the next generation of financial leadership.
