Marketbridge is architecting a central AI operating system designed to unify B2B marketing strategies. As VP of Product, you will move beyond standard roadmapping to lead a team that bridges the gap between data intelligence and autonomous agent execution. This role is built for a leader who treats AI as a foundational layer for building software, rather than just an optional feature.

The Vibe Coding Tech Stack

You will operate within a high-velocity environment where the workflow is anchored by tools like Claude, OpenAI, and Notion. By adopting a spec-driven development style, you will translate product requirements into working prototypes in a fraction of the time required by legacy processes. This allows for constant experimentation and immediate feedback loops between vision and production. This role is ideal for those who prefer 'doing' over just 'directing.'

Core Responsibilities

• Rapid Iteration: Leverage AI tools to compress the product lifecycle, moving from initial concept to shipped code at an accelerated pace.
• Agentic Strategy: Orchestrate the deployment of AI agents and context layers that perform high-level marketing tasks.
• Integrative Leadership: Connect engineering, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure the AI OS serves as a robust platform for global enterprise clients.
• Platform Governance: Define the standards for security, data orchestration, and responsible AI usage across the entire ecosystem.

Growth and Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $190,000 to $220,000 and the opportunity to report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer.
