Web Designer, Brand Web Experience

Crafting the Face of AI

As a Web Designer at Scale AI, you will be defining the visual identity for the company at the epicenter of the machine learning revolution. Joining a specialized brand studio, you will take ownership of the scale.com experience, transforming abstract business goals into interactive, high-performance digital products. This role is about more than just aesthetics; it is about building scalable systems that allow a fast-moving AI company to communicate its mission with clarity and impact.

AI-First Development Workflow

This position is tailor-made for 'vibe coders' who leverage AI to transcend traditional design boundaries. You will be encouraged to:

• Integrate AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to move from Figma concepts to functional UI at light speed.
• Develop modular, component-based architectures using modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Use natural language and AI-driven workflows to streamline HTML/CSS implementation and technical handoffs.
• Experiment with emerging technologies to automate repetitive design tasks and focus on high-level creative strategy.

Growth and Innovation

Working at Scale means you are surrounded by the very technology changing the world. You will collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deploy sophisticated web experiences via Vercel and Sanity CMS. If you are a veteran designer with over eight years of experience who has traded manual pixel-pushing for AI-augmented orchestration, this role offers the perfect platform to shape the future of the web.
