As a Web Developer Intern, you will go beyond manual coding by applying vibe coding principles to maintain and innovate across a diverse digital ecosystem, including Drupal, WordPress, and SharePoint.

AI-First Development & Strategy

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the organization's technological evolution. Your primary responsibilities include:

• AI Proof of Concepts: Experiment with LLMs and AI tools to prototype new web features and streamline internal processes.
• Multi-Platform Management: Use natural language prompts and AI assistance to build council microsites and manage internal intranets.
• Data-Driven Design: Analyze Google Analytics to craft custom dashboards and optimize site structure through smart debugging.

Mentorship and Impact

Working directly under the Web Director and VP of MIS, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how a major national association operates.
