Bounteous is looking for a senior-level engineer to lead a delivery pod by acting as a conductor for AI agents. In this position, you won't spend your day writing boilerplate; instead, you will direct AI coding tools to generate full-stack production code while you serve as the final authority on logic, security, and system design. You are the architect who defines the vision and the expert debugger who resolves complex issues that transcend simple code generation.

Technical Mastery and AI Workflow

This role is designed for 'AI-native' developers who have integrated tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf into their daily professional habits. You will be responsible for:

• Spec-Driven Development: Drafting precise technical requirements that agents can execute autonomously.
• Automated Evals: Implementing rigorous testing frameworks to validate AI-generated outputs.
• Agentic Orchestration: Utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic workflows to automate multi-step development tasks.
