In this role, you will lead the transformation of Federal IT systems by designing scalable architectures and directly contributing to the codebase. Rather than relying solely on traditional manual entry, you will leverage a 'vibe coding' approach—using GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate the delivery of secure, high-performance applications.

The Tech Stack & Workflow

As a hands-on leader, you will navigate a robust technological landscape including:

• Backend: .NET Core and Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Frontend: Modern frameworks like React and Angular.
• Cloud: Cloud-native deployments using Azure, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Vibe Tools: Active management of AI agents and prompt-based code generation tools.

Impact and Growth

You will play a pivotal role in migrating legacy systems to the cloud, ensuring every AI-generated line of code meets rigorous compliance and security standards. This position is ideal for a veteran developer with at least a decade of experience who wants to pioneer the use of generative AI in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
