Modernize How the Organization Works
INFUSE is forming a small transformation squad to find costly inefficiencies and replace them with better AI-enabled processes. As team lead, you will guide three to four builders while remaining close to solution design and implementation.
Deliver Measurable Automation
- Evaluate requests by business value, feasibility, and expected ROI
- Prototype with Claude Code, Gemini, Python, SQL, n8n, Zapier, and related tools
- Integrate new AI workflows with relational databases and legacy systems
- Redesign data flows and operational processes across departments
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and coordinate delivery
Build a High-Impact Practice
The remote contract role offers freedom to work across product, operations, analytics, and software challenges. You will develop team leadership and systems-integration depth while establishing a repeatable approach to responsible AI automation.
