This isn't a traditional 'hands-off' management role; you'll join the 'Pre-Builder' team to actively prototype features using modern AI development environments. By leveraging natural language prompts and AI assistants, you will accelerate the journey from initial concept to a validated, high-impact product.

The Tech Stack & Vibe

The core of this role involves mastering the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC). You will use VS Code and GitHub Copilot to explore ideas and build proof-of-concepts that define the future of talent management. This position is perfect for a product leader who enjoys getting their hands dirty with GenAI tools to solve complex organizational challenges and drive innovation at scale.

Strategic Influence

You’ll be responsible for navigating the ambiguity of the evolving AI landscape, translating market shifts into actionable roadmaps. In addition to high-level strategy, you will facilitate technical discussions with engineering and data science teams to ensure that AI-driven insights are scalable, secure, and deeply impactful for global users.
