Lead AI Into Production
Kastle is hiring an operator to own strategic deployments of autonomous lending agents from kickoff through adoption and expansion. You will work directly with bank and mortgage customers, translate operational and compliance needs into technical action, and explain agent behavior using transcripts, audit logs, prompts, and evaluations.
What You Will Build
- Test and release prompt and workflow changes as customer requirements evolve
- Diagnose integrations involving APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and pipelines
- Vibe-code early versions of internal monitoring and customer-success tools
- Partner with engineering and sales while owning deployment health and outcomes
