The Role: Creative AI Engineer

Accenture Song is moving beyond traditional agency models to build a growth engine powered by "vibe coding." As an Innovation Manager, you won't just talk about AI—you'll build with it. Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution, turning "napkin ideas" into functional prototypes. You’ll be the primary architect of AI-native experiences that help biopharma brands stay relevant in a fast-moving market.

Your Vibe Coding Toolkit

This position is specifically designed for developers who have mastered AI-assisted workflows. You will:

• Rapidly Prototype: Use tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to build functional applications at speeds traditional dev cycles can't match.
• Orchestrate Agents: Design sophisticated agentic workflows and multi-step systems that leverage LLMs for reasoning and autonomous action.
• Integrate & Deploy: Connect diverse AI services via APIs, utilizing Python or low-code environments to ship repeatable offerings.
• Creative Fusion: Use visual and audio generative tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs) to create holistic, immersive brand experiences.
