In this role, you won't just be writing lines of code; you'll be architecting intelligent systems that streamline project execution and decision-making. You will lead the charge in creating internal applications that bridge the gap between complex construction data and actionable insights.

Tech Stack & Vibe Tools

This is a high-velocity environment where the 'vibe coding' philosophy is at the core of the development process. You will leverage Python, TypeScript, and Next.js, powered by the latest LLM capabilities. Key focus areas include:

• AI-First Development: Extensive use of Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit to accelerate delivery.
• Agentic Architectures: Building custom agents and RAG systems using the Claude API.
• Integration: Connecting AI models to industry platforms like Procore and Microsoft 365 via MCP and webhooks.
