Senior AI Software Engineer
Peloton
✨ Why This Is a Good Vibe Coding Job
Peloton is leaning hard into the future of development by explicitly tasking this engineer with creating the infrastructure for non-developers to 'vibe code' through secure templates and SDKs. You will be at the forefront of the agentic revolution, building the RAG systems and memory architectures that make AI-assisted workflows a reality.
Help Shape the Future of AI at Peloton
In this role, you will be the primary architect of Peloton’s Intelligence Layer, transforming raw ideas into sophisticated, agent-driven applications. You will move beyond traditional development to build the core systems—using Python and Go—that allow autonomous agents to interact safely with enterprise data. This position is perfect for engineers who value shipping speed and systemic impact over specific language loyalty.
Technical Focus & AI Integration
Your work will center on solving complex context management issues and building robust memory stores using Pinecone and Pgvector. You will design the secure pipelines and 'Data Clean Rooms' that allow for advanced RAG and agentic workflows without compromising member privacy. By implementing semantic caching and smart model routing, you'll ensure that Peloton's AI tools are both cost-effective and lightning-fast.
Empower the Organization
A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to democratize development. You will create the internal tools and frameworks that allow analysts and other non-engineers to prototype using natural language. By building safety-first SDKs, you ensure that 'vibe coding' can happen across the company within a secure, compliant, and highly performant environment.
