Tools and Tactics

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with tools like Claude, Copilot, and Axon’s own Cortex platform to build rapid prototypes. You won't just be talking about AI; you’ll be creating the 'Prompt Engineering Playbook' and establishing the guardrails for how AI-generated code is audited and deployed across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include:

• Rapid Prototyping: Using AI tools to build lightweight solutions that prove value before engineering resources are committed.
• Enablement: Running 'Champions Circles' and lunch-and-learns to turn employees into AI power users.
• Governance: Developing safety guides that specifically address the risks and rewards of AI-generated content and code.
