As the Associate Director of Systems Architecture, you will serve as the technical lead and AI architect, moving beyond standard analytics to build sophisticated RAG systems and agentic workflows. Your goal is to eliminate sales friction by deploying AI-native tools that provide immediate, actionable value to marketing and sales teams in the field.

The Vibe Coding Tech Stack

This role is designed for those who prefer high-velocity shipping over traditional, slow-moving development. You will leverage the full power of the AWS ecosystem, including Bedrock, S3, and serverless Lambdas, but with a modern twist. The workflow emphasizes 'vibe coding' principles—utilizing tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and LangSmith to move from a conceptual prompt to a deployed full-stack MVP in a matter of days. You'll lead a team of engineers in a 'security-first' environment where prompt management and model evaluation are just as important as the underlying Python code.

Leading the AI Revolution

Beyond the code, you will act as an internal AI evangelist. This involves mentoring teams on advanced AI methodologies, running workshops, and creating 'Gemini Gems' or agent instruction sets to 10x the organization's speed. If you have a hacker mindset and can translate complex 'reasoning models' into tools that help a sales rep close a deal, you will thrive in this hybrid San Diego-based leadership position.
