Sanity is redefining how businesses handle content, and they are now looking for an innovative leader to apply that same AI-first logic to their internal operations. As the AI & Innovation Lead for G&A, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You won't just be suggesting tools; you will be actively prototyping agents and automated workflows that transform how Finance, People, and Legal teams function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have the mandate to replace tedious manual processes with intelligent, automated systems.

The Vibe-Coder’s Toolkit

This isn't a role for someone who wants to hide behind spreadsheets; it’s for a technical operator who embraces the modern AI stack. You will utilize Sanity’s own platform alongside natural-language coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate rapidly. While you'll have the support of Systems Engineering for production hardening, your ability to navigate terminal environments, understand API flows, and 'prompt' your way to a working MVP is the core of this position.

Key Objectives and Growth

• Architect Change: Map out the AI roadmap for Sanity’s back-office, deciding where to automate and where to buy existing solutions.
• Ship Prototypes: Move from idea to functional automation using AI-assisted development, ensuring everything you build is auditable and secure.
• Drive Adoption: Act as an internal evangelist, training teams to use the AI tools you build to reclaim their workweeks.
• Scale the Culture: Join a high-growth environment ($85m Series C) where your impact on internal efficiency directly influences the company's ability to scale across the US and Europe.
