The Role: Creative Technologist & AI Architect

In this high-impact position within BCG’s Design Studios, you will act as a bridge between abstract strategy and functional technology. You aren't just writing code; you are building the future of how a global consulting leader delivers creative work. Your primary mission is to lead the studio’s internal R&D, transforming ambitious concepts into interactive prototypes, custom generative tools, and high-fidelity digital experiences.

Technical Stack & Vibe Coding DNA

This role is tailor-made for developers who thrive in an AI-native environment. You will move seamlessly between different development modes:

• Rapid Sketching: Using 'vibe-coding' techniques in Cursor or Claude to spin up proof-of-concepts in minutes.
• Agentic Orchestration: Designing multi-step AI workflows using node-based systems and API integrations.
• Production Engineering: Hardening prototypes into scalable applications using React, Next.js, and Python.
