The Opportunity
You will join the Executive Office as a technical partner to the President, acting as a catalyst for AI transformation across HelloFresh. Your primary mission is to use natural language and agentic AI tools to build prototypes and automate workflows that traditionally take months, finishing them in days or hours. You are not just writing scripts; you are redefining how the company’s leadership executes on its most ambitious ideas.
The Tech Stack & Approach
This isn't a manual coding role; it's about mastering AI-assisted development to move with extreme speed. You will leverage:
- Claude Code & Cowork: Driving autonomous agents to handle complex operations and development tasks.
- Vibe Coding Principles: Prioritizing intuition and iterative prompting over rigid, 10-page requirements documents.
- Rapid Prototyping: Utilizing Python, JavaScript, and GitHub Copilot to manifest the President's vision into working internal tools.
Growth & Impact
Beyond building, you will serve as an internal evangelist, creating live demos that showcase the power of AI-driven development to both technical and non-technical leaders.
