The Role: Architecting Agentic CX

Ramp is looking for an AI Operations Manager to lead the transition from traditional support to a fully agentic customer experience. This is a high-agency builder role where you will design, ship, and iterate on AI agents that manage the flow of billions of dollars. You won't just be writing strategy decks; you will be expected to prototype automated systems before lunch and execute rollout plans by dinner. You will bridge the gap between technical AI engineering and boots-on-the-ground customer operations.

The Stack & Vibe Coding Workflow

This position is tailor-made for the modern developer who leverages AI to multiply their output. You will work within Ramp’s custom 'AI Operating System,' utilizing tools like:

• Coding Harnesses: Extensive use of Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex for rapid development.
• AI Infrastructure: Building with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning LLMs, and advanced prompt engineering.
• Agentic Tools: Contributing to 'Ramp Inspect' and 'Dojo,' internal platforms where AI agents handle everything from PRs to data synthesis.
