Now we're looking for someone to push it even further — with AI at the center. The Role As our AI Operations Manager, you are the AI backbone of our company. Your mission: build and scale the AI infrastructure that powers every team — from Ops and Partner Management to SEA and Finance — while owning the systems that qualify our leads, automate our workflows, and keep our internal toolstack cutting-edge. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the management team, ship fast, and have a real impact on how we operate at scale. What You'll Do 1. AI Agent Development Design, build, and deploy AI agents tailored to the needs of all internal teams (Ops, Partner Management, SEA, Finance, and more) Develop scalable process frameworks around these agents to maximize team efficiency 2. AI-Driven Lead Qualification Take ownership of our AI-driven lead qualification processes, including existing Voice AI Agents used to qualify inbound leads Continuously improve qualification performance through systematic A/B testing and iteration 3. Vibe Coding & Tool Development Use tools like Lovable to build, extend, and improve internal tools — fast and pragmatically Turn manual processes into slick, automated solutions 4. Internal AI Setup & Team Enablement Manage and evolve our internal AI stack Enable every team member to leverage AI effectively in their daily work — through documentation, training, and hands-on support 5. Automation & Integrations Build and maintain automation workflows using Zapier and Make to eliminate bottlenecks across the company Set up and manage webhooks and API integrations to ensure seamless system communication What You Bring Must-Haves Several years of experience in Growth, Operations, or a technical role — ideally in a B2B or partner-focused environment — with a strong AI background Hands-on experience with all major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) Strong Prompt Engineering skills Proficiency with automation platforms: Zapier, Make Experience building with Lovable or similar no-code/AI-native dev tools Solid understanding of webhooks and API integrations A builder's mindset: you don't wait for a spec, you ship Nice-to-Haves Experience with Voice AI Agents or conversational AI systems Background in lead generation, affiliate, or B2B growth environments Why This Role Matters AI is not a side project for us — it's core to how we operate. Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must have several years of experience in Growth, Operations, or a technical role, ideally in a B2B environment, coupled with a strong AI background and hands-on experience with major LLMs. Proficiency in automation platforms like Zapier/Make, strong prompt engineering skills, and experience with webhooks/APIs are essential.
