In this role, you'll join Optum’s elite AI unit to construct the foundation for machine learning across a massive healthcare ecosystem. You won't just be training models; you'll be building the sophisticated infrastructure—from MLOps pipelines to LLM gateways—that enables secure and scalable healthcare innovation. The Tech Stack

You will work with a modern, cloud-native environment designed for rapid iteration:

• Core Engineering: Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow deployed via Docker and Kubernetes.
• AI Orchestration: Managing LLM stacks using LangChain and LlamaIndex to optimize performance and costs.
• Cloud Platforms: Deep integration with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Data Pipelines: Leveraging Spark and Airflow to handle distributed data at an enterprise scale.
