Your primary mission is to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them by building custom internal tools and autonomous AI agents that handle everything from compliance research to financial reconciliation.

The Tech & Vibe

You will utilize a modern stack including Python, TypeScript, and FastAPI, but the real power comes from your mastery of AI-native development tools. You will:

• Deploy sophisticated agents using frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI.
• Architect RAG pipelines and integrate LLM APIs directly into production environments.
• Use Claude Code and Cursor to maintain an aggressive shipping schedule, turning prototypes into live tools in record time.
