In this role, you will act as a bridge between high-level business needs and technical reality, embedding with specific departments to build working prototypes at a blistering pace. You won't be bogged down in legacy maintenance; instead, you'll focus on high-speed creation, using AI-augmented workflows to move from a raw idea to a functional proof-of-concept in just a few weeks.

The Tech Stack and Vibe

This position is tailor-made for developers who have moved beyond manual line-by-line typing. You will utilize Python, TypeScript, and Go, but your real power comes from orchestrating LLMs and agentic systems. You'll be expected to use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Databricks AI Assistant to handle the heavy lifting of code generation. The goal is to build sophisticated 'agent meshes' and RAG-based solutions that can eventually be scaled up for global impact.
